The Warranty Game
Habpro Garage Doors offers the following real warranties and we are happy to provide them in writing and make good on the warranty should you have a warranty issue with your garage door or opener. We will never do like many other garage door companies and play the warranty game with you our valued customer.
All residential garage door or opener repairs carry a 1 year parts warranty unless otherwise stated and this warranty can be from just us and or the manufacturer of the parts.
All residential garage door repairs carry a 1 year labor warranty unless otherwise stated and this warranty is exclusively from Habpro Garage Doors.
All residential garage door opener repairs carry a 90 day labor warranty unless otherwise stated and this warranty is exclusively from Habpro Garage Doors.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All residential new garage door installations carry a 1 year labor warranty unless otherwise stated and this warranty is exclusively from Habpro Garage Doors.
All residential new garage door installations unless otherwise stated carry a 1 year parts warranty from the manufacturer of the new garage door.
All residential new garage door installations unless otherwise stated carry a manufacturer’s warranty which is usually a limited lifetime warranty on the door sections only.
The warranty from your local garage door company is only as good as their reputation and willingness to stand behind their work. The companies in this market that have been around and are what I consider to be good reputable companies and competitors all offer fair and reasonable warranties usually no more than two years. If you contact a garage door company and they are offering you 5, 10, 20 or lifetime warranties I would be very cautious and would steer clear of doing business with them. Again remember if it sounds too good to be true it most likely is!

Spring break! Not the fun vacation kind, but was in need of a garage door spring replacement. Bill and his team at Habpro provided outstanding service and communication when we needed it! Also a shout-out to Jared for his installation work...you know you're going to get quality work from a Jared...definitely don't settle for Jerrys or Joshes or Jerrods. Bill responded with in 30 minutes of me asking him to see if he could fix a sagging overlayed 16x7 garage door. 6 other garage door companies all said I need a new overlay door. Approximately $6 thousand dollars. Bill look at photos I sent him and had one of his guys Chuck there the next morning. Fixed the door for less than 3% of what the other guys wanted. He’ll get my business when I need that new door. Honest and great people! No joke!!
