I have used Habpro on 2 separate occasions over the past years to repair broken springs on our garage door, most recently in May 2024. Bill responded with in 30 minutes of me asking him to see if he could fix a sagging overlayed 16x7 garage door. 6 other garage door companies all said I need a new overlay door. Approximately $6 thousand dollars. Bill look at photos I sent him and had one of his guys Chuck there the next morning. Fixed the door for less than 3% of what the other guys wanted. He’ll get my business when I need that new door. Honest and great people! No joke!!

He then patiently walked me through the process of adjusting the garage door sensors. Despite my insistence on paying him for his time, knowledge, and patience, he refused any compensation. I have received services from many companies; this was the first time compensation was not expected. My garage door is working properly and my faith in the kindness of people is just a bit stronger.

They responded quickly after one of my garage doors had its single spring break trapping my truck. I called that morning. Bill said his guy would be here between noon and 1:00. And he arrived on time. Rebuilt my spring setup as a double spring , so if one breaks in the future the door will still be able to be opened. I was very happy with the response and the service and the tech who came out.

I have use their service before and it’s the best. Last week my garage door got hit by a cart and it was pretty bad. I called them and they showed up the very next day. Fixed it in no time and was very reasonable. I thought it would cost me couple of thousand of dollars to fix it as the way my garage door was damaged. But surprisingly it only cost me about 250. We got two single doors installed to replace our originals. The new doors are much smoother and quieter in operation. They also look much better than the old doors ever did. Chuck, the installer, was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. He helped set up and explain everything well once he was done installing the new doors. 5 STARS for knowledge and service! A recent electric storm fried my Genie opener. I went through all the debugging steps I knew. I called Habpro expecting replacement. However, after a 5 minute call of symptoms and diagnosis a simple "unplug and replug" reset everything. Trust is the most important thing for me today. Habpro shined today!
