Saved a ton of money getting a lot more life out of a door that was not constructed correctly so it split and started folding ! This was a nightmare being that it is one panel for a double garage yet I got the door fixed and now will get many more years out of our door and it was done all by the end of the week I called. I will definitely be using Habpro again in the future, if we even will need to get another replacement ever.

Fast quick and in a hurry
I found out at 3 pm on a Friday that our garage door wouldn’t open. They came out that evening and got it back working. Replaced both springs and greased it up and it’s back like new. I highly recommend them and the only ones I will use.

Great service. A torsion spring on my garage broke. So the door no longer opened or closed. One phone call and Bill was able to get out to my house the same day. Within 30 -60 minutes, he not only had the new parts installed, but also inspected and confirmed that other parts of the garage mechanisms were all in excellent condition as well.

I had him replace the older torsion spring that wasn't broke as well. So I'd have 2 new ones instead of 1 old and one new. Made much more sense to do this longevity wise.

I had a very good experience using Habpro. They were flexible with scheduling so I could have the work done when I needed it to be done. The installers showed up right on time and got the work done quickly and completely. I very seldom write reviews but this company deserves a 5 star review. I have dealt with Bill twice. The first time I bought a part from him since I used to work in the garage door industry and have experience. The second time was today. I had a very weird problem that I couldn't get to go away so I called and got Bill again. I told him my problem and he asked me a couple questions and determined what was wrong and told me over the phone what to do. I thanked him and told him I was glad there are still some honest people out there. Bill is a nice guy, very knowledgeable, and if you are looking for a honest company that does great work and has ethics call this company. You cannot go wrong with them. I highly recommend them!!

Woke up this morning only to find a broken garage door spring. Door would not open automatically and it took a lot to get it open manually. Best Garage Door Service Ever!, 1/13/2016

I was in a tight spot because I could not get a car out of my garage because of a broken spring. The tech showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem, and installed 2 springs on my old one spring system. Also fixed the track where a car had backed into it. Took about 25 minutes tops. Great price and I will call them again.

Last week I went to leave my house and my Garage door wouldn't open and I called my neighbor, he came over and saw that my spring broken. He had used Habpro Garage Door in the past so I gave them a call and they were at my home in less than two hours and replaced my springs at a very reasonable cost. They also serviced my entire door, I will definitely call them again the next time I have a garage door problem.

Bill will talk you through minor problems, like an IR sensor that isn't aligned, without even charging for a service call. His service guy is really fast and the price to repair a broken spring is very reasonable. Very satisfied and recommend Habpro to all my friends.
