This was a nightmare being that it is one panel for a double garage yet I got the door fixed and now will get many more years out of our door and it was done all by the end of the week I called. Great service. A torsion spring on my garage broke. So the door no longer opened or closed. One phone call and Bill was able to get out to my house the same day. Within 30 -60 minutes, he not only had the new parts installed, but also inspected and confirmed that other parts of the garage mechanisms were all in excellent condition as well.
I had him replace the older torsion spring that wasn't broke as well. So I'd have 2 new ones instead of 1 old and one new. Made much more sense to do this longevity wise.

I very seldom write reviews but this company deserves a 5 star review. I have dealt with Bill twice. The first time I bought a part from him since I used to work in the garage door industry and have experience. The second time was today. I had a very weird problem that I couldn't get to go away so I called and got Bill again. I told him my problem and he asked me a couple questions and determined what was wrong and told me over the phone what to do. I thanked him and told him I was glad there are still some honest people out there. Woke up this morning only to find a broken garage door spring. Door would not open automatically and it took a lot to get it open manually. I was in a tight spot because I could not get a car out of my garage because of a broken spring. The tech showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem, and installed 2 springs on my old one spring system. Also fixed the track where a car had backed into it. Took about 25 minutes tops.
